When a power-hungry prime minister forces the new emperor into launching an unnecessary war, Liujin spy Xingchen infiltrates Zhaohua to seek peace talks, while imperial agent Wan’er races to gather evidence of the minister’s treason. Though on opposing missions, the two operatives move toward a shared goal—uniting both nations to bring down the corrupt leader before he destroys them all.
